Jubilee Year of Mercy.
The Jubilee of Mercy will begin when Pope Francis opens the Holy Door of St Peter’s Basilica on 8 December 2015 (the 50th anniversary of the closing of the Second Vatican Council) and concludes when he closes that same door on 20 November 2016.
These candles feature the Year of Mercy logo and also the scripture quote from Psalm 25 used by Pope Francis in the “Bull Of Indiction of The Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy”
(a percentage of sales cost of this product is put towards charitable works carried out by the Vatican)
