How to Order

To provide our clients with complete confidence in how their candle is going to look we
provide email proofs for all our personalised candles.  The ordering process is as detailed below.

1. You Browse the styles

Simply scroll down the page to see our extensive range of designs.
Click on the image to see a larger pic or click on more info to see even more images.

2. You Place the Order

Once have selected your preferred design add in your
personalised text in the place provided and select
any optional extras then click Add to Cart.
Check your details then click Proceed to Check Out.
Fill in your contact details and credit card details and click Place Order.

For Schools Candle and Paschal Candle orders we will forward an invoice when we dispatch your candle. This can be paid online by Direct Bank Deposit or Credit Card (2.6% fee).
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.


EFT payments are accepted only if you are transferring your payment from an Australian Bank Account. Please note funds may take a couple of days to clear.
Purchase from outside Australia should be paid using a credit card.

3. We will Email you a Proof

We will forward you a proof of the design you have selected with all your personalising details, usually within 24 hours.
Please carefully check the proof – especially spelling and dates.
Approve the design by email or advise any corrections.

4. We Dispatch Your Candle

After your design has been approved we will produce your candle and forward by courier.
We normally dispatch our personalised candles each Wednesday. Orders need to be placed, approved
and payment received by Friday 3pm to meet this deadline. Alternatively select Urgent Order Fee for an earlier dispatch.
